Vedic Meditation is a transformative process where individuals move from their habitual ways of thinking, perceiving and behaving to a calm state of a quiet and deeply restorative stillness. The deep rest we reach in this process encourages us to release deep patterns of stress and fatigue and let go of old mental models and beliefs about ourselves and the world. So we can subsequently redeploy our awareness towards innovative solutions and approaches. Realigning ourselves with our own nature’s creative intelligence. A resource that helps us envision a future that aligns with our deepest values and aspirations.
