In these four informal sessions we will learn and explore how Vedic Meditation can help us remove the obstacles and sources of resistance that keep us remote and at a distance from the immediacy and intensity of lived experience. By dismantling beliefs, perceptions and patterns of behaviour; that reinforce a sense of inadequacy, fear and lack that prevent us from feeling at home in our skin and fully inhabiting our lives with ease and a sense of unique possibilities.
