In this free informal session we will explore how Vedic Meditation can help us remove the obstacles and sources of resistance that keep us remote and at a distance from the immediacy and intensity of our living experience. By dismantling beliefs , perceptions and patterns of behaviour That reinforce a sense of fear , inadequacy and lack that prevent us from feeling at home in our own skin and inhabiting our lives with ease and sense of unique possibilities.
