COURSE DETAILS

In just four 90-minute sessions, you will learn to become self-sufficient in a simple, practical meditation technique that will serve you for life.

Over four consecutive days, Andres will teach you your Mantra and help you take your first steps towards an experience of calm, deep rest and fundamental wellbeing:

  • We will explore in a conversational and informal manner how this unique meditation practice works.

  • We will look at why regular contact with these ‘still moments’ can benefit the way we think, feel and relate to others.

  • As the sessions progress, you will experience first hand how easy it is to practice and integrate Vedic Meditation into our busy lives.


After you have completed the four-day course, you will be invited to check in with Andres for another four sessions, scheduled over four weeks. These follow-ups are an opportunity to further refine your practice and address any issues or questions you may have. You will also be invited to participate in our free weekly group meditation. Hosted online and in-person, these sessions are a powerful addition to your personal practice.


COURSE FEE

£850 for the four-day course and four weekly follow-up sessions. Private courses and payment plans are available upon request.
