In this immersive session we will explore how Vedic Meditation can guide us back to a deeper sense of self and belonging. So we can embrace the source and substance of our mind and body that is revealed to be an ever present field of living intelligence. An inner cradle where we might settle and find a true sense of place. One that gifts us a balance, stability and grace to then cross the ever changing surface of our lives.
